The market continues to be insane! Over the past month all but two of our new listings have had multiple offers the first weekend and have sold SIGNIFICANTLY over asking. The interest rates remain low as does supply of homes for sale-that coupled with the fear of interest rate increases in the near future is keeping things very busy.
