Potential good buys
Well this has nothing to do with the Cove but some Cove enthusiasts may know people interested in these-I don't usually look for buyers for other people's listings if I don't have any buyers who meet the criteria but these seem pretty good.

-a 2 bedroom fixerupper at Fraser and 20th -ish for under $250k
-a 2 bedroom fixed up very well (lovely finishings) same building for under $320
these aren't my listings but they seem to be great deals in a great location and for some strange reason I don't have any buyers looking for the lower end east van at the moment! they are also good for investors as they rent out for about $1500 (I have a client with a 1 bed in the same bldg which rents for $1245)
