Buyers, Buyers Everywhere and not the Right House to Buy
Lately, we are finding that a lot of buyers are contacting us who are unable to find a suitable home. With this market and interest rates so favourable for those who are either upgrading or buying for the first time, it is not surprising that a lot of people are out looking for their perfect home.
At the moment, we have 3 buyers who cannot find anything on the market that meets their needs. They are looking for:
- A house with a dock, preferably on Panorama Drive
- A house or land with a dock; prefers tear down or land only; priced significantly under $2 million
- A 3-bedroom home with entry level pricing – townhome or large condo
