Where the Buys are......not just in stores with Black Friday sales!

It has been a busy few months with investors taking advantage of this great real estate market for buyers.....it is interesting though that in the best buyers' market we have had for 12 years a lot of buyers (including those who last year were clambering to buy in the sellers' market by trying to outbid others) are now "waiting to see" what happens......I think when savy investors know now is a good time to buy, first time buyers, upgraders and others should follow their lead and get into the market or use the favourable conditions to move up. Personally I am putting my money where my mouth is and buying an investment property right now.

There are some amazing values out there for buyers and some are predicting these opportunities will be gone by next year as the market recovers. Who knows? You can't time the bottom or the top so I think with mortgage rates this low, great home selection and time to think before buying, its a great market to take advantage of.  For sellers-as long as you have owned for more than a few years OR are planning to buy something else, this market is still okay for you, even though it has come down.
