While I have been accused of being a bit too much of a cheerleader for Canada, and to date have enjoyed working at a purely Canadian company, over time, I have realized that the Vancouver real estate market has really gone global-in all price ranges. We have always had a multi-lingual team and done extensive international marketing. However joining Coldwell Banker allows us to take that international exposure of our clients' properties to an unprecedented level of excellence that I do not believe can be achieved by any other company. In the first two weeks of joining Coldwell Banker, we have already been able to provide assistance to two clients which we could not have provided previously. This new alliance allows for direct marketing of our listings to other countries AND agents in other countries who have buyers coming to the Vancouver area.
