Thinking of Buying a home in Deep Cove?

I love the Cove! I have loved it since my family used to go there with our boat when we were kids and sometimes cruise up to the Wigwam Inn up Indian Arm. To me, Deep Cove is pretty close to paradise-people complain about it raining there but it's soooo green in the rain there and if you don't love the rain in the Cove, you won't survive anywhere in the lower mainland...rain makes the Cove greener and its almost as great as a sunny day in the Cove! So we know the Cove and we also know that the relationship between home buyers and agents must be based on trust, mutual goals and understanding. Clients also need information and advice on what to do with it.

In helping our clients buy, whether in the Cove or elsewhere, and whether they are buying their principal residence or a vacation spot, we try to give the advice that we'd give to ourselves if we were buying. In addition, the real estate process requires negotiation of complex issues; we are committed to working in your best interests. We work to help you secure the best possible price, with the most favorable terms, in the shortest period of time.....People in my office don't call me the "Hammer" for nothing:-)

I often tell people that, if they have the good fortune to live in the lower mainland, they should definitely buy a home but not to expect their first home to be their dream home. If you can buy your dream home right away, great-but if not, don't despair...it is better to get into the market and work your way up then to hope that your salary and savings can keep pace with the ever increasing real estate market. Hopefully you can buy in the area that you want, especially if you are a Deep Cove lover-but often buyers need to be flexible on the area as well. Even if you don't start out exactly where and with what you want, most people are surprised at how quickly they can move up in the real estate world. When searching for a home, it’s important to be well informed of the Real Estate market.

It is also important to distinguish between what you NEED and what you WANT. Of course the more wants we can find you, the better-but the needs are key. To help you with this process, consider the following factors: What features do you require in a home to satisfy your lifestyle now? How will your needs change? What’s your budget? Once you have considered these factors, we can work to find you the best home possible for your budget. So what are you waiting for? Give us a call and let's get you going in real estate or if you are already in the market, we would love to discuss with you how we can move you up or down to suit your needs and goals.
