HELP WANTED:  Buyers Who Can't Find a House

I have several buyers who can't find what they are looking for and who would like to know if there is anything coming up for them.  There are 4 buyers whom I am currently trying to find homes for in either the Cove or Dollarton but so far nothing meets their needs:
 
1. Waterfront with existing house in need of renovation, on a medium to large size lot.
2. View home with house in any condition (need not be suitable for a family).
3. View home in Dollarton area on a larger lot.
4. Entry level home with at least 2 bedrooms.
 
If you own any of the above and have been thinking of selling, please let me know.
