Interesting Summary of August 2015 from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
The attached shows why the market is so crazy....its all supply and demand and on the supply side we are WAY down. ....and the demand side remains high.
Of course its not just that simple. Aside from lack of supply in Deep Cove and all of North Vancouver (well all of Metro Vancouver really) we also have low interest rates and a fair degree of consumer confidence. North Vancouver is also being helped by the fact that prices in Vancouver proper are just getting higher and higher by the day, making North Vancouver prices seem like a relative bargain.
