Some information of interest to owners of Deep Cove real estate provided by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver:

Unfortunately, the stats do not separate out Deep Cove home sales but I thought that this information on real estate in North Vancouver, and the rest of the Lower Mainland might be of interest.  I would be happy to clarify or discuss any of this information.
