Some information of interest to owners of Deep Cove real
estate provided by the Real Estate Board of
Greater Vancouver:
Unfortunately, the stats do not separate out Deep Cove home
sales but I thought that this information on real estate in North
Vancouver, and the rest of the Lower Mainland might be of interest.

Well the BC Assessments are out and, as has been happening for the
past many years, the assessed values are up.....It seems to me that
too many people are discovering the joys of the Cove! While an
increase in the assessed values usually means that the market
