Well this has nothing to do with the Cove but some Cove
enthusiasts may know people interested in these-I don't usually
look for buyers for other people's listings if I don't have any
buyers who meet the criteria but these seem pretty good.

Deep Cove is paradise and its market has been very hot for quite
some time but for anyone working in this industry, it has been
clear for a while that the real estate frenzy has subsided in most
neighbourhoods...although we are still getting multiple offers on
the lower end properties in the hot neighbourhoods. Even on
